Before you mail me to get help, you should try to find a solution for your problem in the list below.
If your problem isn't listed feel free to contact me at freeware@aon.at. (Please include a brief description of your system - OS, connection type, ... - and a short description of your problem).

If you get an error saying "Winsock v2.2 required"...
you should install the latest version of winsock. For further informations try www.microsoft.com

If you get one of the following errors...
Server not ready to receive...
Wrong username...
Wrong password...
Server error...
  
maybe your POP3-server is currently not reachable or you entered some informations wrong in your account settings. Please check your settings and if the error persists try to contact your administrator or your ISP.
